In our team, analysts are in constant communication with our clients since they thoroughly study their needs, analyze the operating processes related to their requirements and define, with the Project Leader, the comprehensive solution to be implemented.
Analysts further identify and specify the general decisions that will impact on the product by estimating deadlines, allocating any necessary resources, or designing the technical architecture to solve the issue at hand.
Moreover, they aid in the implementation of the product at the initial stage and are ultimately accountable for functional specifications. Their main duties include: analysis of new applications, data modeling and functional design.
Developers in our work team are primarily responsible for the product’s source codes and for maintaining the product’s versioning.
They build the application and suggest the best way to technologically implement the requirements established by the user, participating in general design decisions and the specification of components.
Moreover, developers correct the errors detected by the Tester or by groups unrelated to the development area and help install the software in question.
Our Release and Configuration Management team’s analysts are in charge of providing source code version control solutions for the client’s applications, analyzing the most appropriate strategy according to each particular client. Moreover, they are in charge of analytically designing a database for all the company’s configuration items and rendering such database available for the client’s resources which may require it.
